Hi Taipan,

Firstly, thank you for sharing your setup. I loaded it up on my VPS a few days ago using your set files from 22 August, and I have a question regarding the Desky set file. Are you currently using the same Desky set file for your $5k demo and $10k demo? Reason I ask is because I notice that you have basket closure set at 2% of current balance, and this would obviously be a totally different target for a $5k account vs a $10k account, etc. As the account grows this target would be harder to reach, unless you use a lot size increase per balance, but I see you haven't enabled that. Is there a reason for this? What would you say your findings are with regards to what is working better currently - the smaller account or the bigger one?

Another thing, I'm not sure if my setup is working the same as yours. I was also flat yesterday morning on my account, but then I did not get any GBPNZD trades at all, like you mentioned. I currently only have the following open as in my screenshot below. Perhaps it has something to do with the Desky version I am currently using? Not sure.

Hi, you are right on my Demo on 5k and 10k accounts, the basket closure is set at 2%. There is no other reason as the account size grows, I will adjust them accordingly. Sometimes the demo hit shirt protection but recovered nicely in 2 to 3 weeks time. With regards of lot size increase per balance, it is your choice and I have not look into it yet. Of course it is better with a big capital with a smaller lot size and increase lot size over time once balance increased.

I am having the same problems yesterday, 4 of demo accounts stopped after TP. 2 of the demo accounts started to trade in the mid of Euro sessions yesterday. The 100K demo account started to trade only today @1 PM Asian time. The small 5K demo still did not trade yet and I wonder why?

I am using TDesk Trading Partner V3t EA.

GP 100k demo shirt protection was removed and it suffered high DD. Recovery was enabled and it recovered nicely with 10K gained this week.

It is much easy to use FXTestiy. 2 of the accounts had already done so since day1. Will add another 2 today.

All 4 demo accounts have been upload to FxTestify. i.e. Account size 1k, 5k,10k and 100K.

Apologies for the late report but my FXVPS server decided to break on Friday thanks eaymon for getting me back in the game. As it happens nothing trading wise was effected and I haven't lost anything.

So I have 4 Empty4 accounts running this strategy, and fingers crossed I am getting closer to a good profitable system. We have had some huge swings lately with Boris and Donalds antics which believe it or not has accelerated my system development. All my accounts always begin with $800 as I want to produce a system that can grow from a small investment.

So firstly here is the original still going and slowly recovering. I am leaving it out of curiosity just to see if it survives. However it will be ditched if I need the space for a more relevent demo.

The next 3 are all very different setups and all started on the 28th, you may think not much to crow about but these incorporate what I have learned over some months and many busted demo's. They also survived probably the worst trading week I have seen for years, with huge swings and flat trading. Anyway I have some further improvements/tests to make and will see how things go. however this is Forex and nothing is certain
