Help Coding a Toggle Button for 3 EMA's on/off

Please can someone help me with code for a simple idea, need two instances of this on a chart to toggle Lower Time Frame MA's and then Higher TF MA's all on one chart if possible

Couldn't you just save two Templates.

I know it's two clicks of the mouse instead of one, but it will be easy to set up and do the same job.
