Hi guys.

Take a closer look at your indicator's inputs. The TimeFrame input isn't of enum_timeframes type (where you could select a value from a list), it is a STRING! I have played a bit with it and you can enter "D1", "H4" and so on. Every unrecognized value results in the current timeframe. For use with Universal Drones (which are MTF themselves), you must always use the current timeframe in MTF indicators.

If the indicator expects a string, you must provide one.

Thus your parameter lines must be something like:

#define Params_1 "can I has cheese", 20 //Jurik envelope mtf
#define Params_1 "effing","no cheese today",true,true,1,30,10,10 //! b940 MTH MTF Histo TVI

Hope you get the idea.

I have explained why "can I has cheese" means the same as "current timeframe". I have explained everything verý detailed. And I have given you a parameter line that works exactly as you want. Why to hell are you asking me those questions? Why don't you just try what I offered you in an effort to help?

Anyone have advice on indi's signaling trading on/off (not whether to go long or short)? The ADX example earlier is closest but that still uses trade long/short if above adx level. I'm looking for some example to leverage based on take trades or not based on a condition.

Hi,

I have been watching Ivan Delgado's (from Global Prime) daily forex insights videos during the past week and found his trading strategy using Fractal Breakout and SMT indicators very educational.

I have been trying to create UBD set files for these two indicators without much success. If anyone here can help, I would be most grateful. Unfortunately, only the EX4 file for the SMT indicator is made available by the Discord forum.
