What I meant more was given that these new settings are ranging settings, should they be deactivated during trending periods, or can they just be left on at all times

Just what I am saying. No need to do anything, I dont interevene manually.
Trader, I get the feeling that you have interpreted my settings as a range only set up. The thing is, we will never know when there is a range only set up, until many candles later.. We will only know when the volume indicator drops below and our signals become mixed. The nature of forex is to explode into a so called direction and drop the other way back int the range before exploding into the real direction. Nothing we can do. I follow suite. When there are mixed signals I rather get out sooner than later unless there is a clear long term trend in the directon I want to be in. I would like an Ea to do what my eyes can see, but unfortunately this will never be the case. I only adapt as close as possible.

Taipan, if possible could you share for how long you have had this version running and possibly a tradereport (indicator) screenshot.

As you know there are quite a few EAs in the forum, and there are only so many of these that can be run without breaking the bank/running too many VPS setups. Trying to grab the setups/EA's with the most promise and run with those.

For those of us that can't see the full data from fxtestity yet, the best I can do is ask

Those results are fantastic, but as we know time is the enemy of all good EAs lol.

One last thing, what is being done with the buffers that presents this behavior? It seems rather unusual. If I try to select H4, it does it on both parts.

Calculations based on your Tdesk Set file would have to change to 47 for entries and -27 for exits if we take into account that there are now 17 indicators being displayed (on my chart) vs 16 on yours.
**Little note for anyone deciding to add the WAE H4.***

I don't know the answer for this, we have to ask our master, Leon to explain.


Where to you get the figures of 47 for entries and -27 for exits? Please share where to get the figures so that we could improve our settings.
