hello dear friend's and trader's
i am using HGI_v17.00.ex4
i have a little problem.
when i switch to monthly...
my chart freezing for 20 seconds...
is there a solution to fix this problem or it's normal?

HGI has to do a massive amount of processing on start up and when you change time frames. Reduce the number of bars on your charts - you do not need thousands and thousands. Go to Tools/Options/Charts and reduce the two Max bars inputs to 2,000 each. Close down and restart your platform for the change to take effect.

Thanks for developing and sharing with us such a wonderful system. I have been running it since the weekend and have read the whole forum and the HGI matrix one which is an amazing tool as you have said. I didn't know of this forum and we were introduced to HGI by XARD777 over at forex-station in a thread he has there. He created a new system and gave us HGI as a stand alone and I was pleasantly surprised. Have never been one for arrows but HGI is something else! Thanks again for the wonderful labor of love.

Iv'e been using HGI version x17 for about 6 months now without any problems. However turned on my machine today and the indicator displays the message 'Indicator has expired'? Is the indi due to be extended anytime soon?

Strange thing is I downloaded version x16 and that works fine and has not expired

Hi,
First of all I would like to thank for this excellent forum.
I have been using 'iCustom' call to HGI Indicator from one of my EAs.
Can somebody explain how to use 'iCustom' with it properly, please?
I use this syntax:
iCustom([symbol], [period], [file_name], [buffer_number], [reference_bar])
Works fine, except for alerts and messages at 'Expert' tab - is there any way to get rid both (or any) of them?

You are so good at combining HGI + XARD, I don't even know how to make them work for me.

I have searched and read all of this thread in the past but have not been able to find an answer to this.

Is there a way to get HGI to only leave the confirmed signals as you would see when you first load it on the chart or change time frames? I know you can manually do this but I am testing a system where I am taking a screenshot with an indicator at every new bar. I can't refresh it while sleeping, I have tried an indicator that refreshes the chart every 120 seconds but that does not remove the unconfirmed signals.
