yes I've got it loaded on a XAUUSD chart and I have both the latest HGI 16.09 file in the indicators folder and hgi_lib.ex4 in my libraries folder

Update: I resolved the issue by setting it up on another Empty4 terminal, now it's all working fine. Thanks for bearing with me

Hi, i am setting up TDESK/Sharky on GP and that seems to work, to cross check results i added TDESK/Sharky to a second broker.

This broker runs the symbols as Symbol, symbol_Ask and symbol_avg

Now i did disable all _Ask and _Avg symbols in the market list,

My problem is that there is no option inside Tdesk and Desky/Sharky to disable SymbolSelect(symbolName,true);
And so Tdesk will enable all again against my wishes.

as a result Tdesk will not load with the error

The reason i shown in the attached image, all _Ask and _Avg symbols are enabled again by Tdesk.

Is there any solution for this ?

I can see the problem. Try to specify the symbols in SymbolsToInclude instead od specifying the currencies in CurrenciesToCombine.

Hi, i did include the symbols, but somehow when i ask for EURUSD then also EURUSD_Ask and EURUSD_Avg gets enabled,

like i said , i can disable the not wanted symbols by hand but Tdesk enables them again.

It works for me with FXOpen. I wrote "instead", which means CurrenciesToCombine must be empty and all pairs have to be entered in SymbolsToInclude.

I am completely new to Tdesk / Desky, i have spent hours reading the various threads / manuals which has given me some understanding but resulting in as many questions as the threads i have read.

I am looking for a mentor that i can direct message to help me with my first build of Tdesk, this is to eliminate any frustration in the forum as i will have many noob questions and hopefully after my first build i will have a complete understanding of Tdesk / Desky.
