Why do you think the scale changes when you scroll the chart in the Empty4 platform?? It's designed that way to add deception to your view.

Scale Fixed Indicator

I created an indicator that does not change the price scale of the chart.
Scroll back through your price history on the charts and the scale of the chart does not change.
