(It's me, Pinhead. I never did like that handle so this is my new one. Pronunciation is tricky.)
Nice place you got here. It's like movin' into a new house, y'know, with clean carpets and fresh paint but not a stick of furniture. lol I'm sure you'll have the joint filled to the rafters in no time. It's got a great feel to it already.
