Scalping New York

Hello to all,
Yesterday on a live GP account, running OOTB Scalpy v1 a with TP 100 EUR, only 4 trades on London and 0 on New York. And strange all 4 trades were closed by Scalpy at 15:37:26 and 27....Anyone had similar situation?

+ MPBM,
Adaptative TP = 6
Adaptative Break = 5 ; Lock 2

I've been running OOTB scalpy for a few weeks and it's up 20% trading the New York open (since 20th May) and London open (since 30th May) open. Max DD has been just over 4%.

This week: 10 baskets; 1 loser, 4 breakeven and, 5 TP hit. The account is up 8.5% for the week.

Anecdotally, NY baskets seem more reliable than London. London seems to go into deeper dd then claw back up, where NY seems to either shoot straight to a TP within 30-40 minutes or hang around and not do much until the BE kicks in. This is just what I have observed and I'm not always in front of a screen (and it's a very small sample anyway).

This is pretty incredible stuff.

I'm just quoting the below post to because sangratan's usage of CSS strength in combination with Scalpy had shown some promise, which you'd recognised. Seeing as the basics seem to have been ironed out, will there be any further exploration of this

Hi,
By putting a Buy or Sell stop (+ or - 4 pips) we avoid a lot of bad entries and DD.
Or by putting a Buy Sell Stop above / below (+ a few pips) the previous candle, we have a good filter

Edit I cannot experience Salpy plus MPBM because if for example MBPM takes me out at BE, Scalpy will take trades 1 hour later.
But yess Scalpy OOTB is winning

I've had scalpy running OOTB the last week on two brokers. One criminal (

) and Global Prime demo.

Short sampling but very nice none the less. Interesting to see a what the difference may be from one to the other. Never mind the balances, I believe I have both scaled to the recommended lot size per dollup.
