Lots of people aske me to include it in their EA's. I have it included in one of mine.

TDesk has the "Multi Signal" algorithm that transforms every input complex into a currency strength signal. Have a look at the latest experiment here: viewtopic.php?p=176371#p176371

Nowhere. The system is described in my post. If you are familiar with TDesk, you can set it up yourself. If you are not, setfiles won't help you anyway.

Thanks for sharing friends. I'm also testing some versions of Holy Graily, which one is the most stable for short trades? I tested an EA called CSS Round Level EA the other day, it's based on the pure currency strength indicator, I couldn't get the author's mql4 but it worked well for a while.

I am not sure there is such a version. Are you sure it exists?
