Support/Resistance Indicator

For now I think that's as far as I can go in making changes to the indicator, and unfortunately this week I haven't even had time to start on it. You bring up a good point though handy - if its loaded more than once I'll need to add the selected timeframe to the rectangle names and the global variables.

ok - if and when you do have time to do it I'm sure it will be the dog's wotsits of an indi. It's already better than the Insanity one now and forced time frame will be the icing and cherry on top of the cake.

Ok, here is version 4 complete with MTF capability. A new value "TimeFrame" in the options defaults to 0, which is the current period, otherwise it must be the number of minutes in a valid chart, eg 60, 240, 1440 etc). Using this you can show (for example) H4 support/resistance on an M30 chart.

Thanks to dietcoke for doing most of the work on this, otherwise who knows when I might have gotten around to implementing it

Found a problem - when set at 0 text for the boxes is showing (verified support etc) but when you change from say 0 to 60 on an M15 chart then the text disappears off the right hand side of the chart.

Hmm ok thanks, I'll check it out.

Edit: I'm not sure why the labels turn off, but you can re-activate them again just by changing zone.show.info to true.

Ok the positioning's getting mixed up. Nevermind, should be an easy fix...

I shouldn't have applied the MTF change to the text positioning code - reverting this part back to 03 and all's good.

Would it be too much of a problem to have the text inside the boxes, for the resistance boxes at the bottom and at the top for the support boxes. This will make it easier to see on charts.

Can I please ask a question about the definition of support and resistance with regard to the indicator.

I have M15 and H1 charts showing untested support but with both umpteen M15 and H1 candles hitting inside the box.
