EA asks for a manual confirmation

Hello all. Just a simple question, I hope, lol.
Is it possible to make an EA that ask for a manual confirmation to open a trade ?
I wanted to know how I can do if I need to double check the EA before to confirm the operation since that might be occasions where the signal could be faulty due particular market conditions.
What trading functions I should use ?
Is enough to tick the checkbox under Option menu "Ask manual confirmation " ?

hi francesco,

go to the Menu Tools->Options and select the Tab expert Advisors.
There you can select Ask manual confirmation under the Allow live trading entry...

So that's the way....no funny functions to code...I code normally to open a position and after that when I set "Ask manual confirmation" Crappy T4 should send me a pop window to check "ok" or "cancel"

I do it this way:

		if (ret==IDNO) return(0);  // We want no market order
	

After this snippet the OrderSend is coded.
It will execute only when the user clicks on YES button.
