The Endlessloop to false made it work for me. Today's results not bad but still need to improve on trade exit I think. The BJS EA is simple and sound, I like that. Many thanks to TIB, TIJ, Shelley and Steve for coding this.

Mine has taken 3 trades today so far, all still open. They looked great for awhile, but it looks like they're on the wrong side of the market for the long term....

Don't pay attention to my "no trade" status, at least not today. My demo account is (was) on PFG. It was still working yesterday, but data stopped flowing in the middle of the night last night. Time to set up a new demo...

Don't count on it. When I ran it, I only got 12 (!!) bars of H4 history on all pairs. I don't know why but it didn't load much H4 history at all. Either look in your History Center, or open up charts for all pairs/tfs, and verify it.

I haven't tried it, but somebody recently posted a LoadHistory.mq4 script that looks promising. If I'm reading the code right, it cycles through all pairs/tfs and "presses HOME" programmatically. I can't find where it was posted but here's a copy. Let us know if it works.

The script worked great. Ran for about an hour and cycled through everything. Restarted the EA and same thing. No pairs showing at all. Oh well. Maybe something will come up down the road. Lot's of other 10.2 toys to play with.

Of course I'll share but at work at the mo so will post my settings here the minute I get home (which, I'm afraid, won't be for another 8h at least ).

But from the top of my head I am using defaults with Endlessloop=false, sundaycandle=true and no money management at the mo, just using Baluda iexposure to check the highs and lows.

I am now also using the loadhistory script kindly posted posted by Gary in another thread (sorry don't remember which one ) each time I restart Empty4. I don't really know if this would greatly affect the performance of the EA but I like to know I've got all my history loaded and ready to fire and it seems to do a very good job at loading history for all pairs in all TF.

EDIT: oops forgot to say that I am using a basket trigger with a threshold of 50% now revised up to 80%. This is mainly because I believe in the power of basket inertia; if at a given time many pairs line up to a given setup, I believe the chances of hitting my profit target are greater.

this ea is doing great bt i am facing 1 problem. after 90 minutes sleep when this ea wake up sometimes it buy/sell previously bought/sold pair which sometimes come out with loss.

Thanks zypip, your settings are basically identical to mine. Strange that I am not seeing as many trades as you. I am now using the LoadHistory script you mentioned to make sure I have as much history as possible, and will see if that makes any difference. I am currently seeing 8 pairs listed, only 1 tradeable (EG).
