Flying Slope auto-trading EA

same thing here, opened gbpaud at 12.00 and closed at 12.00 lost 50c

3 more trades open and in profit
eurnzd, euraud, audchf

Same here Shelley, with GBP/CHF and EUR/GBP triggered about 8 hours after the first 3.
Currently in small loss though will see how it goes.

Just got home and saw I have those 2 extra trades as well, currently up approx 120 pips

Excellent Shelley !! and even more excellent that I am in on the same trades

I thought about it a bit and I will start demoing with a lower time frame Slope to confirm the trade direction by setting LtfTimeFrame to 4H and let the EA exit when the H4 slope falls below 0.4. I think it just makes sense since with 10.2, when the slope on the current TF falls below 0.4 we should be out.

EDIT: (about GMT 5pm) got home to 3 closed positions all in profit and 2 more running (GBP/CHF and EUR/GBP) @ +115 pips next step will be to push to beast until it fails so as to explore the bondaries and see if it needs extra filters for extra safety.

I have just added code to allow FS to close trades when Slope moves to a user-defined level.

Chong has sent me a stack-coding algorithm that I am coding right now. You guys are going to lurve this.

Steve has just updated about stack coding and automatic order closing on FS..this could turn out to be a monster beast of an EA..am starting testing on Monday..lets see how it plays out

I don´t think so, If your read all this document, author does not places new stacking orders at High/low last candle, it is 50% Fib previous candle, He also has special conditions for exiting. I´m going to try this method in D1 but my entry will be an inside bar, not a flying buddha. It´s same concept..... an inside bar give you a limited risk, and a very important chance of reward following this method of scaling in&out.

In order to know which inside bars to trade, D1 slope strength and Recent Strength indicator can help. If you are going to place many positions, it´s better to focus in one or two pairs (stronger vs weaker)
