Flying Slope auto-trading EA

This bot has made a fabulous start. Closed trades just a notch under +5%. 3 remaining open trades with a positive upl of just over 5%. The highest upl I have seen has been +8%.

I am going to put FS on a few live charts next week. Tiny lot sizes etc

Hi,

Sorry to be a bother. Those who were saying that the EA does not trade earlier, was your problem solved? How was it solved?

My Flying slope EA does not take trade for 3 days. This is what i did :

1) Open up 12 pairs H4 charts. A message says not enough historical candles.
2) Run the LOAD HISTORY scrip and witnessed it updated every time frame of every pair broker offers.
3) Attached Flying Slpe EA to all charts
4) Attached smflying buddha v2 indicator to all charts
5) Smiley face appears on top right hand corner of chart
6) CriminalIsECN set to True
7) Everything else OOTB
8) Tools/Options/Expert Advisers, tick all 4 white boxes of first column. All 4 white boxes of second column unticked

Did i do anything wrong?

I know we are not supposed to run 2 different EAs on same platform, but just for troubleshooting, i opened up M15 chart of EU and attach Simple Spider & VQ. It also did not take any trades. So i suspect it could be nothing to do with settings.

Anyone kind enough to guide me through how to troubleshoot? Or change broker? I am using GFT.

By the way the Load history scrip is wonderful. One click and it does all the work for u.

Check your on screen info. Have the trading conditions been met - probably not. 12 pairs is not enough. This thing can go a week or longer without trading. After 4 day's of not trading, I
just had two trades open. This is still my favorite EA and when it makes enough money I plan on donating to the pianodoodler.

V 1e is in post 1.

I have put this on my live trading account, and so want the usual balance and swap filters. These were not a part of the original because they were not part of Chong's original spec. If you do not want them either, you do not need the update.

One more quick update - V 1f. 1e would not display the quick Swap filter results until the start of a new candle, so I have fixed this.

Hi, My FS took 2 trades today. Sell on EG & EA. Which means it is not malfunctioning. Sorry for the annoyance earlier. Probably i was influenced by what i read a few pages ago about people complaining FS is not taking trades. Cheers!

FS works fine,but it seems to me it takes a lot of CPU.

I too took the same Flying Slope trades and the CPU went from around 15% to 95% and Empty4 became almost unusable. When I removed the EA from the pairs trading, the CPU went back down. When the EA was placed back on the pairs trading, CPU maxed out again. Then, closing the trades brought the CPU back down. While waiting for trades CPU usage is low. I've got the EA on 23 pairs.

I'm using SigTrader 4 Demo. I'll try another broker demo, Cowboy IBFX Australia or FX Primus.

I experienced the same thing. I don't think it has anything to do with the criminal.
