Bob, in your template, is it necessary to have the MACD and the Stochs for the indicator to work? For that matter, is it necessary to use the template at all?

If not, I would like to take them off. Just wanted to make sure.

There are many reads I get off of the sto macd that i use but no they are not neccessary to the system. I just use there reads, especially on the 4H chart, in my trading. I left them out once in one of my trading systems and some guys were ready to lynch me so, if you know how to use them they are great, if not, bye bye.

Could we have the ability to resize the labels, so we can still have the label on the screen at our own comfortable reading level?

And I'll tag on yet another. Maybe it's a question, really. The current indicator has levels all the way up to R10, whereas, I believe Bob just went to R2. Is there going to be a setting in the EA to take advantage of these further Rs & Ss, or at this point are they superfluous? I probably just don't understand it. I certainly don't know what to do with it all.

IMHO, I would hope the EA is already running to meet Bob's level of performance and everything else is for bonus points but it seems the market is so quiet, nothing is going on to try out.

To answer your question, TIB currently looks at the nearest s/r lines. More distant ones are irrelevant. They might become relevant in the future if TIB evolves into a multi-trader. For now, it is a single trader.

MurphyMan, the EA only takes care of the nearest SR line as its "hidden" "pending entry line";

Whenever PA breaks this pending entry line, a trade opens, and the true (hidden) TP and SL lines appear in addition to the eventual trade's TP/SL lines that are also shown by Empty4, which are normally "HiddenPips" away from the "hidden" TP/SL lines.
There will not be any other trade until that one closes at TP or SL or due to BE or TS.

Once the trade has closed, the EA looks for the current R1 or S1 line plotted by the indicator, plots its new "pending entry line" there, and we're back to step 1.

Although the indicator plots 10 or whatever number of S and R lines (i should really say "zones"), only the first 2 levels are being used at any time by the EA.
The extra ones are useful to get a more general view of where trades are likely to take place and end up.
