You can still add the account to myfxbook. It's just not considered "proof" if you're trying to sell the system.

I'm up nearly 10%, too (more like 8% with current drawn down trades). I've had losses, though, and been trading this since 4 Sept. I'd be interested in comparing your myfxbook results with mine. Let me know, please, if you do add it publicly.

i'm liking 1.2 guys, and 1.1 and 1.0,

havent had the same success with 1.3 yet. Still playing with settings though on 1.3 , lots more to consider in 1.3.

Started 100K Demo on 9-7-12. Less than 1 week later 9-13-12 up 11.2%, no losses, with extremely minimal drawdown.

Uh?

Can I invest every last red cent of my money in this EA now?

People on Wall Street would happy to make that in a year.

Probably would have been a couple percentage points lower because EA settings were such that initial trades were larger than I would have personally like which I did modify down to 1 lot per trade but still quite a first week.

I know it's only been a week but a pretty cool week.

This is on a small real account , settings near to ootb, with the new atr I have more stoplossess but I sleep better .
I'm a newbie, opened this account before learning about nanningbob so this one is filtered from 27 august when started using nanning bob ea, there are some trades made from another bot that I dismissed, but you can filter nanningbot ones from the custom analysis button.



This is a demo account with lower tp (40 pips ) and fixed 0.01 lot , trading on less pairs than the real one.

Here's the set file.
This is hard coded into the ea and i will be making changes to this.
I thought to send you the file you asked for, but browsing through it , i see some changes that i will be making.
- for one, the BB settings i will change to 60/10/1.
- BE setting is higher than it is for JS. ill be changing BE to 12 and JS to 30.

i never saw any errors in the code but Alexx has doene a great job on 1.3, i'm probably going to shift over just as soon as i understand the ea better.

thats what i saw briefly, but will communicate this on the forum too.

Bug in Position/Sizing....
I just liked to change the RiskPercent to 2%, but an alert came up reporting, that the "Lot was adjusted to Minlot =.01".
Thougt that Riskpercent overrides the Lot- setting....

Nope, not a bug. If the RiskPercent causes the calculated lot size to be less than MinLot, then it increases it to MinLot. By definition, MinLot is the lowest lot size that your broker will accept, anything lower would be rejected.

I have run the 1.3v and it worked very well with 4% risk at 1:400 lv, I am going to run live with 1% risk this week, the ATR stop is perfect.

I'm playing with an exit strategy based on this work http://codebase.mql4.com/8504. Since I'm a long time fan of Bollinger Bands in general, I was interested to give this one a try.
As of now, I added the necessary code to use Bollinger Bands difference (BoDi) to find the "right" exit. Initial tests showed, that it makes sense to let the BoDi kick in after a minimum profit has been reached. This seems to be extremely profitable exists, but this can also be a result of last weeks big moves.
Right now I'm trying to figure out, if it is more beneficial to use my (not yet released) percentage trailing or the BoDi for finding the "right" exit.
I'll keep you updated!

Hi Al,

Attached is my set file.

1. Stop loss is -200.
2. Take profit is +100
3. Risk variable set to 0 to shut it off.
4. Lot set to 1 per 100K account size. .10 per 10K etc.
5. RecoveryVirtualStop is 100

Monitoring 32 pairs listed in "Groups 1-5".

Those are the basics. The rest is in the .set file. I'm just starting this but any questions/thoughts let me know.
