MultiBob seems to have slowed down for me alot. Are others finding the same?

I ran 1.1.7 last week. It jumped 10% in 2 days, and held most of that all week. Ended the week up 8.3%.

I started 1.1.10 immediately after the markets opened yesterday. So far it's closed 4 trades for a 6.9% loss, and it has another 7 trades open for a small loss. So it's down over 7% in less than 24 hours.

So it seems to be plenty active, but the activity hasn't been good...

must be my settings,
going to go back and check. If no action by tomorrow evening, i'll start to play around.
I'm using correlation true at 75 on the version that trades both 10.2 and 10.2a, upon checking my settings for this post, i noticed i had 'true' for StopTrading.
"end-of-story."

Pretty the same on my differents demos.
May be I will try again with MPTM to improve the results.

Hey Alex,
give it a chance, there's been some fundamental changes from 1.1.8, Try resetting your fxpage thingy. look on the top right for the 'analyze date' button, first set the start date and then hit the red thingy and it will set the new start date for your account from when you start 1.1.11. Just make sure theres at least one closed position for the date you choose.
then you get a clearer pic of the new EA.

This is puzzling ...it's still executing multiple instances of the same trade. Besides this weird issue, I'm also running at a 7k loss on a original 22k demo account OOTB Going to try just 10.2A trades now..

Can you tell us the type of trade, direction and currency pair?

there's quite a bit, so I'm going to attach my report for this month, and hopefully that will paint a better picture

It looks like it is simply taking all the stack trades at once. I can't find any issues with the code. Can you turn on the display of StackPrice (showStackPrice) and see that it looks correct? Just to make sure, I am assuming that minStackTradePips is non-zero, right?

Also, for fun, can you change maxStackTrades to be something other than 6?

Hi All,

I was running MultiBob ..v8, which has since been upgraded to v11 on my demo account. The EA (v8) started the trade attached early this morning and has been running since then. I am still scratching my head as to why an obvious sell trade was entered as a buy thereby incurring the loss indicated. Could this be a bug in an otherwise great EA? I salute all the gurus involved in creating and maintaining the EA which has other than this been quite a winning performer. Keep it up guys!

@ LEOJAY, it does say in the comments, WPC Range, so I'm thinking Weekly Pivot Counter(?) Range, is there a settings to take the range trades or not?

Trading with 2% risk on a demo, copying 0.25 of demo lotsize to life trading by "MT4i - Trade Copy". Regular updates, ootb (with NB 10.2 on, NB 10.2a off), start 12-09-27. No manual interference! Actually 112% of initial demo-account. My first EA experience I feel comfortable with.

Glad to know you have great results, are you using all default settings including trading hours ? Do you just let the bot run until tp/sl ? any manual intervention ?

I asked because my results are the opposites I have used on two different criminals and both shows -ve results (~20%). I used all the default settings except added XAUUSD and 10.2 on, 102a off (was on for a initial few trades).

I just stop the trade now until I do some analysis.
