Gday: a D1 Stochastic OB/OS trading robot

Hi guys, for whatever reason I'm getting a zerodivide error when setting up MultiGDay... I'm using lot size 0.03 already, no clue what else I need to change.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Sorry the code had a bug, if you set VolatilityPeriod to zero this log will show. Attached is the newer version that fixed this problem. It also "probably" implemented the correct entry condition what Shelly was talking about.

Trading has finished for the week and Gday has made 693 pips for the week. Combined with the first demo, total pips banked since 3rd Sept are 3230 pips

Currently there is 6 open trades:
EURGBP (sell 0.03) -12 pips (trade may close on Monday with a stoch cross, but I hope it doesn't as there's a nice little pin bar and price should retreat and put this trade into profit.

EURNZD (sell 0.03) -131 pips (this trade has gone and will close for a loss on Monday )

GBPJPY (buy 0.03) +32 pips (this trade is looking good to go on & close the first lot at +50)

GBPUSD (buy 0.03) +25 pips (this trade is looking good to go on & close the first lot at +50)

NZDJPY (buy 0.03) -7 pips (this was a marginal trade taken by the EA, to the point where the stoch has actually retreated below the 20 level, it's likely this trade will close for a small loss on Monday morning)

EURCAD (buy 0.02) + 40 pips (first lot of trade has already closed at +50 and SL is now at BE+2)


I have also cherry picked a few trades which I took manually on my Live account this week (I can do this before I go to work now as my broker has moved to GMT+3). Also did some intervention on some trades I didn't think would do anything and closed out the week with +1002 pips

Moving forward I will be giving some thought to the exit strategy and what improvements can be made there

FXOzgirl are you using signals from the EA to select the trades you take on your live account? Or are you still doing that manually? Thanks.

dont know what im doing wrong my demos on different brokers including Cowboy Go Markets arent banking the pips like you fxozgirl! using your setfile

Yes, I haven't been able to get the EA to trade on my live account, so was taking the signals off my demo (most but not all & some earlier than the EA) and I did take additional trades to the demo...these trades are the one's being missed due to the incorrect entry coding that is getting rectified at the moment.

Also, on my live account I did close 3 trades that were not going anywhere after a couple of days for a tiny profit of a pip or 2 and closed the last trade just before the end of trading for approx 90 pips profit.

The current EA is probably running on 3 cylinders right now, so looking forward to getting it firing correctly. With that being said the EA did produce over 600 pips on demo without intervention, so nothing to sneeze at either!

Thanks FXOzgirl. I set the EA to alerts so I could view the recommendations before taking the trades. But the alerts don't always seem to work. So I may just set the EA to take trades on demo and cherry pick the ones that look good and trade them on my live account. Fortunately the daily candle hits at a time when I can check and place trades. Thanks for a great strategy!
