It would probably alter depending on strength/direction of trend on D1, W1 and MN charts

I have been out teaching as usual this afternoon. I am back now and am adding George's code. The ea will be up and running in time for market opening later.

Someone was asking about the code for the 50 fib for stack trades. I just realised it is this line:

PendingPrice = (iLow(NULL, FbTradingTimeFrame, FbCandleShift) + iHigh(NULL, FbTradingTimeFrame, FbCandleShift) ) / 2;

Granted, this means an immediate market trade if the new candle opens below the 50 fib rather than a limit order, but I am not convinced this matters. We shall see.

still not stacking on backtesting e.g. nice long drop cable 22-28 March - initial trade closes at bottom, presumably on 50% cull, but no sign of stoploss being brought to BE ?therefore no stack

Cheers Andy. You highlighted a lurvely bloop in the code - or at least led me to look for it.

Attempted fix in post 1.

Sorry I have no time to look for the bloop(s) myself as at work but happy to run the occasional test and see what is isn't happening.

Lots of failure to place order errors in running backtest at present eg:

2011.12.11 21:27:08 2011.04.21 02:50 Joe GBPUSD,H4: GBPUSD Joe OP_SELL order send failed with error(130): invalid stops

ok, running on cable, H4, 21 March - 28 March 2011.
2 Fake FBs closed at original stop loss 22/3 00:00 and 04:00
1 failed entry closed at BE 2/3 16:00
1 reentry sl not modified again - error 130 so no stacking . odd entr price
