Oops. Someone for whom I have coded privately made me realise yesterday that I had accidentally deleted the user guide from the FF thread. I have been directing people towards the user guide that was supposed to be there for months. A bit worrying that no one appeared to notice.

I shall bring mptm in-house here soon. There is no rush, as updates to the bot are rare. I have added the ug to the thread at FF.

No reason why genuine traders at FF should suffer because their Chief Demi-God Cretin Moderator is a charismatically challenged, 99th rate (on a rare good day), over-bearing (or would be if he had the strength of character to be so), palid, wet (on a really rare good day) and pathetic anti-Christ (or would be if he didn't lack anything remotely resembling backbone) with crap for brains (if, by any chance, he could be accused of possessing anything remotely resembling a firing synapse).

Hello.

Yesterday I found MPTM on FF. After reading the manual, the EA looks like a very powerful tool.
The only problem i have now, after reading the manual and FF forum, i still don't know what I'm doing wrong.
I have copied those 2 files, one in experts and one in scripts, changed the options in Empty4 menu and pressed the EA button.
On screen everything looks fine. The ea description from the upper left corner tells what the EA is supposed to do, but it doesn't do anything on opened trades. I have tried simple commands, like put the SL on BE+1 when reaching 20 pips, or put SL an TP automatically if those levels aren't set, and no response from the EA.

Can anyone help me?
An EA that knows how to make a negative trail until it hits BE, and not let me messing with the trades will be a very nice addition to my toolbox

When you attach the EA to the chart, it pops up a dialog box that looks like this:

Make sure you have "Allow Live Trading" checked. (It's NOT checked in the picture.) If you don't, you get the frowny face...

As for lines, there do not appear to be any objects created in the EA, so no lines.

I can confirm that mptm creates no objects. I coded the bulk of it a long time before I found that mql4 can draw graphical objects - lines and shapes etc.

Also check your Empty4 Tools/Options/Experts tab. Remember the bastard criminals do everything possible to make life hard for us. Just because something appears to work here, does not mean it is also programmed to work there.
