The trade copier works like a charm OOTB. I also have those three trades on GBPAUD.
It must be in your setting, or may be you did not turn both on???

Make some test transactions from another account where you have Trader Password, but on a different channel with 0.01 lots and see if your TradeCopyReceiver is working properly.
Check logs to see if there are some error messages.

Same for my account at FXDD, they do not have GBPAUD, but AUDCAD just took off in the good direction, at least for moment

Also using FXDD to receive, but my a/c did not take up the AUDCAD either. I have now specified the suffix 'arm' and hoping that works for next time.

I got around the lack of GBPAUD by trading GU long and AU short at same time, and it is in profit .

Does everyone get all the popups requesting yes/no/cancel when the copy ea is activated, is the proper response yes in all cases, and is there a setting that avoids all theses questions for permissions?

Only "popup" i ever see is right when you open the terminal with either the Sender or Receiver EA already on a chart there is a box that popups up briefly when it initializes the mt4i quickchannel library. Do you have "Ask manual confirmation" set globally for EAs or something? It sounds like it. Check Tools > Options > Expert Advisors.
