Just an idea...
I know it takes time to register an account with paypal until you can get the money to your bank... but if you know that you will get enough money via paypal, you should do it. Then go to a local bank and get a short term credit for the time until you get the money from paypal to your bank account.
I think this may be one of the only solutions you have within this short time...

But the other part of getting a credit from a local bank would be possible?
So somebody could collect the money for you and pass it via wire transfer to your bank account.
This way you wouldn`t have the time issue...

I have no idea how long a wire transfer takes, usually it takes 3 to 5 days when I try to withdraw from moneybookers.

Our banks is not that user friendly, and they do not offer a loan with out some collateral, like Gold or a properties. I have tried it all.

Thanks a lot for your well wishes. I am hoping that someone who has access to both Paypal and Western Union would step up. Its the only way I can see.

Okay i'am out!

First i opened an online account on the WesternUnion site. After that i tried to make a transfer but ups. 'Transaction is not possible at this time'. What a mess. LOL
Good we have a WU store here in germany/Bonn. I wen't to them i did my donation. It took me ten minutes and now i feel better

PS.: I think we need someone who has a paypal account and also a WU account. So Steve and Akib can send the money from there PayPal Accounts to the one. Then he can make one big donation via WU...
