Steve has adjusted the jump EA to include closing 50% of the trade at x amount of pips. Make sure you use even numbers and your criminal can handle the half number in the lots. For example you trade .10 lots and half would be .05 but your criminal cant handle .05 because it doesn't take pennies only dimes is its lowest trade.

This version also will hedge a trade instead of taking a SL. This is for those that are playing with Phil's idea. I am working on a hedging strategy but need to practice and refine it for a while. That will be for a later edition. I need to know if this thing is working with different criminals.

Maybe I am doing something wrong and somebody can help with the hedge EA (thanks Steve):

Every time I place a trade this EA places immediately a hedge trade with half of my original lots and it has not reach the SL of 20.

Quick question, is it possible to get your indicators to work on the daily timeframe? I'd prefer to look at a D1 chart rather than an H4, but your indicators only seemed to work on H4. I tried setting some of the "showMonthly" options to true in both "DWMP for 10.3, v1.0.6.mq4" and "DWMP for 10.3, v1.0.6 4H.mq4", but all the lines disappeared once I moved away from the H4 time frame.

I've searched through this thread for an answer so apologies if this has been dealt with before.

This will be my latest update and will become my final edition. Please test the EAs that they are working and I need to know if the MPTM and JUMP EAs work for all trades if set the magic number to 0. I will be out most of the day getting school ready to reopen tomorrow. I will start trading again next Monday. If you think I have left something out let me know. I will label this section A so I can add updates later. I still want to study using Monthly pivots on the daily and weekly charts. Good luck and thanks for your help. Here is some wording I added to the previous posted text and I changed the 2nd chart from green to white as suggested.

Just go into visuals and add daily to each indicator you want there. I only set up the 4H and lower so far. You will see Baluda's indi is set for 4H with one and 1H and below or the other. WOrking on the Daily and higher.

It is setting pending trade so when price hits it, it should enter the hedge. I will notify Steve and see if he can correct the problem. It is why I stuck it separate from the system until it has the bugs cleaned out.

Your last trades show several Buy orders for USDJPY. Is it a form of hedging ? And is it made automatically by an EA ?

I am not Hedging, was only putting what I gleaned from reading 10.2 a into Action, something about if TMA Slope gives you a reading of + or -8 then pile in a bit more trades, I did that and my stunt paid off Today with a Bit of Luck.
Ah Yes there's a Script that Opens Multiple orders, I have it somewhere, it would Open 5 Positions at the Same time but I can't seem to remember in which of my Goodie Bag files or on which PC I have it Again as I run a few PC's where I am at, but if and when I come Accross that Script I will send you a PM.

I made a basic mistake in the coding that did not show up in testing because of the way I manufactured losing trades. Fixed in the attached V 1f.

Those of you who can, go to void Hedging() and find this line of code:

if (loss > HedgeAtLossPips / factor) return;

Replace it with:

Code: Select all

if (loss > HedgeAtLoss) return;

and recompile.
