I'm looking for a way to connect directly to Empty4 server for sending orders and retrieving various account and trade information. Does anyone know of a solution?

the MT-4 is a piece of software with the look and feel of a trading platform to make sure, that your money is transferred in one way from your pocket to the pocket of the br0ker.
How should that work without mt-4?

There is an API for directly connecting to the Empty4 server through TCP/IP - you might get info and license conditions from Metaquotes. But the question is indeed why you want to connect to that server, instead of directly to the broker or FIX API. The Empty4 server has exactly the same problems, like gaps and artificial slippage, as the Empty4 platform. The Empty4 "virtual dealer plugin" runs on that server, so it's normally the last thing you want to connect to for automated trading.
