Getting to EA Properties with F7

Hi coders,

Just wondering why does all Steve's EA disable accessing the Empty4 EA properties through an F7?
It's really troublesome sometime to have insert the same EA and set the settings all over again (unless we saved a set file earlier)

All other EA that i've used allows me to view and change the EA setting through F7

Hi,

Playing with settings through F7 could make you having some trouble, Empty4 is crap.

Better to drag again the EA onto the chart and/or save set file and/or hardcode your settings
in the EA by the MQLeditor.

None of them do this. Some of them make it impossible as an incidental of what they are doing. It all depends, and it would take too long to describe all the circumstances........

Alex has already warned you that Empty4 is crap - and is widely described here as Empty4. Follow his directions about updating your settings; using the F7 key can have unpredictable results. It shouldn't but it does, because Empty4 is crap.
