Changes:The 'hoursFromGMT', default 2, sets the day change for calculation of the daily pivot and daily open to GMT+2. There is no need to adjust this for your b*roker, DWMPivots will make the change for you.
- Added order label with background for 10.2a
- Some more color changes and arrow directions by NaningBob
- Introduced hour shift for pivot calculation, defaults to GMT+2
- Added 'shiftTextFibs' user setting
- Added user setting 'show10.x' to display NB 10.x features, deafults to true
Enjoy,

Re: Baluda Indicators
Hi Paul,
Thanks for the great indi's. I'm trying to understand the starting time of the pivot line better. You said:
"Because GMT+2 is the exact time when the Australian market opens. GMT+2 is the hour when every 24 hour trading day starts, every monday through friday. Moreover it is the time the trading week starts on monday and it is the time the trading week ends on friday."
"The 'hoursFromGMT', default 2, sets the day change for calculation of the daily pivot and daily open to GMT+2. There is no need to adjust this for your b*roker, DWMPivots will make the change for you."
But attachment (with default GMT+2 setting) shows Aussie market is open without a new pivot line. I was expecting new pivot line when Aussie market opens. Am I missing something?
Thanks
Ben

Hello Paul, First post at your thread.
Great work Man. And sharing it so obviously, just Magical.
I have a query or two please. 1. Multi 10.3 is missing here in the first page I guess.
2. BBBE EA and DWM Pivots 1.0.9 have same code for pivot calculations?
Regards,

Re: Baluda Indicators
Hi Paul,
Just a quick one - MPBM - it seems that currently you have to enter the comment to match whatever the trade comments are - if you leave them blank it won't work.
I just commented out the checks on the value of tradecomment as I use unique magic numbers for each basket but I do use comments (I can't see any obvious negative side effects of this). From what you have in the description for MPBM I think you wanted it to be ignored if it was blank - currently it will work if there is no comment for the trade and you leave TradeComment blank but I am not sure if this was by design or not. In hindsight I guess it probably was.
Cheers,
Dave.

I'm not sure if i'm that stupid or there is something wrong...Baluda wrote: [*]+11 = New York Open, +2 = New York Close, +10 = one hour before New York Open.[/list]
Cheers,

According to FF im 18 minutes away from NY open

But when i set DWM pivots to +10 I dont see new pivots starting at 42min ago

The same with +11 settings.

It looks like +12 is the correct thing for -1 to NY open

I tested these settings with Jemook GlobalPrime broker - could anyone please point me out, what the hell i understood wrong?
cheers

Re: Baluda Indicators
@ Blazko : Seems you have some misunderstanding. Lets start backwards for this. We know GMT +2 is NY close and same is Sydney open. So now if we want one hour before close, it should be GMT +3 = I hr before Ny close. NY session is 9 hrs long, so counting backwards, Gmt +2 (NY close) + 9 hrs for NY open = 9+2 = 11, So GMT + 11 = NY open. Thus 1 hr before NY open, we add another 1 hr to GMT, therefore GMT + 11 + 1 = GMT +12 = 1hr before NY open, thus pivots as you stated.
Hope I'm right myself for offering you this explanation.

Re: Baluda Indicators
@blazko
Looking at your images, I think that your broker time is GMT, so I believe the following settings from Baluda's (Paul) post are exactly what you need: -
+2 = Sydney Open, -7 = Sydney Close, +1 = one hour before Sydney Open.
0 = Tokyo Open, -9 = Tokyo Close, -1 = one hour before Tokyo Open.
-7 = Frankfurt Open, +4 = Frankfurt Close, -6 = one hour before Frankfurt Open.
-8 = London Open, +7 = London Close, -7 = one hour before London Open.
+11 = New York Open, +2 = New York Close, +10 = one hour before New York Open.
The thing that many people seem to overlook is that the +/- value in the indi is based on the broker's time and not your own local time - just play with the values in the indi until it plots from the hour you want (trial and error)

Re: Baluda Indicators
Hi, Baluda. When I put a negative number in the DWMP, it does not move the line, only with positive numbers (even though I can see the code should not care). And with a weekend change, I have DO and DP starting at chart open, and then changing at my hourshift which means the lines are wrong now, correct? Since they are based on the "day" between chart open and my hourshift. tx
