Request - Help with TMA Dashboard

Hello,

I just wanted to say first that this is an awesome forum, im very glad i found it and thanks to Bob and Steve for all their hardwork and everyone else that has contributed.

Id like to request a new TMA Dashboard indicator, I am not a programmer, so i hope someone can help me out.

I am attaching the indicator i have now that doesnt work, it keeps giving an error in the logs:
10.2 TMA slope v.1.4B 4.30 AUDJPY,H4: unknown subwindow number -1 for ObjectCreate function

If this one can be fixed then great, if not id like something like it that displays arrows of all the timeframes you specify on one chart, so i can leave my chart on whatever timeframe i like and instantly see what the other timeframes are doing. It also has alerts built in to email you when all arrows are in alignment.

Currently it displays an up/down arrow for above/below 0.4/-0.4, a sideways arrow for in between those two.

Can that be changed to up/down arrow for above/below 0.8/-0.8, a diagonal up/down arrow for between 0.4 and 0.8 and a sideways arrow for inbetween 0.4 and -0.4?

I like the indicator and its great for manual trading when you can see what the TMA is doing on all timeframes on one chart, and its simple. It really slows down Empty4 when it has all those errors in the experts tab.

Ive tried out every tma dashboard indicators i can find and none of them seem to be like this. I dont want to see the slope number, or the pivots or anything else with this indicator, just the arrows for the time frames i want to monitor. Trying to keep it simple

I just changed the type of the 2 variables, so now you are able to change the 0.4/-0.4 values.

btw that indicator needs the indicator "10.2 TMA slope v.1.4B 4.30" - where can I find it? Pls link the post here. thanks.

Thanks for the reply, here is the indicator.
Do you think it can be built into the dashboard so it doesnt require any extra indicators?

Further I eliminated the "unknown subwindow error" in the 10.2 indicator (see attachment).
In the dashboard v1.0 I added the external variable "iCustomIndicatorName", here you have to specify the icustom indicatorname (without extension).

Thanks for your help with this indicator. The error is gone, however, the arrows never change.
I put this on the GBP/JPY, (Cowboy IBFX) and the daily and 4hr are above 0.4 but it says everything is flat/ranging and has a sideways arrow for all time frames. I cycled through the different time frames thinking it needed to refresh or something but it never changes. I wish i could help you more.

If that can be fixed, how difficult do you think it would be to add something extra? I would like it to be an up or down arrow if above or below 0.8/-0.8, a diagonal arrow if above/below 0.4/-0.4 but less than 0.8/-0.8 and a flat sideways arrow if in between 0.4 and -0.4. Is that doable?

Any ideas on how to fix this indicator? It would be a valuable tool if it could be fixed.

Hi Guys,

I wonder if you ever thought of creating a dashboard with the size of the TMA bands? This shows volatility. Formula is simple: Upper band - Lower band. If shown across pairs, one could easily see which pairs are volatile enough to trade.

What do you think?
