closed by the compiled version of the ea. normally it should work if you put the files into the /experts/include directory...

Thanks - but my mistake was a very easy one - forgot to include ALL indis into the Empty4-folder ...

I get used to separate the code into different libraries, so its easier to read and I have a better overview of the code.

Hi Baznak

I ran V1.02 through the strategy tester with tick data 99% quality (2012-present). Please see attached pdf. Set file used was as per the 1st post (5-digit)

Not sure why there were no trades during Jan or Feb. If I use control point method then trades start from Jan.

A number of hedge trades were opened and generally closed for a BE trade (one exception). The major draw-down periods occurred as a result of no hedging trades being opened. Not sure why they were not opened.

A stop loss order would help minimise the draw down, both in terms of duration and severity. This I believe is the major 'next step' that needs to be addressed.

I like the fact that the ea trades quite infrequently. When the conditions are right it opens multiple trades in a day and then has periods of multiple days where it will not open a trade.

Hope this is of some assistance in developing this EA.

thank you for your help, I will release the V1.03 with the S/L or BreakEven for the Basket (optional), the results are looking very good at the moment. I also changed the closing-strategy and the result is amazing..

so, stay tuned for the V1.03.

Hi Banzak, all,
sorry have'nt been following much here due to time limits and workload, but i can tell you my v102 just closed its first two positions with a very nice profit. One was a normal position and there was a subsequesnt 'extra' comment that opened at the same time. Lot size was rather large for risk, but still new to the EA and will keep an eye on it.

I'm finding it very hard to let go of v101 as its still doing well, so might leave 101 for now and update to your new version on the other platform, thus keeping two platforms open here for the EA.
