Script / EA for closing orders at a set date / time

I'm sure someone on this great forum has an idea where I can get this:

I use Empty4 with ATC Brokers and I am looking for a script or an EA which will allow me to set a particular time (broker or local PC time, either way is fine as long as it is clear which is being used) to close open orders.

If someone could share or point me in a particular direction, that would be most appreciated.
