I log on just now and what can I say other than "WOW!" 60 PMs! I'm not ignoring all of you, it will just take a lot of time to answer each and every one of you who is interested. Guys. I was blown away by the eagerness for traders to help and who were interested, however, with some great people there were some down right rotten people. I will not go into names and point fingers but some of the things that were said to me for not offering up my system were mind-boggling. It takes a lot to offend me and the things that were said did not offend me but really just made me stop and think and second guess generosity.

If there is a Skype chat with a large chunk of traders here I will gladly join and share some other arbitrage opportunities with you.

Also, I was contacted by an employee at Bully Pepperstone and they are threatening criminal action against me. Most of the accounts that I traded have been disabled. One was funded at 216k is currently at 405k, another 103 is 180k. I will keep you all posted and let you know if Bully Pepperstone pays. FWIW, they did make the change to the swap payments today and that arb is gone.

I'm not at all surprised Bully Pepperstone changed their swap payments to kill the arb. I suspect somebody goofed to enable the arb in the first place.

If Bully Pepperstone is PO'd about the goof, they should be sacking those responsible. But criminal action against YOU!? That's ludicrous. You just used the products they offered, in the manner they offered them. I can't imagine they have a legal leg to stand on -- they're probably just blustering in hopes of getting you to voluntarily surrender your profits. Scoundrels.

And same for people bitching at you for not giving them enough, on a big enough silver platter. Shame on them. Sheesh.

Hey Locust can you answer a question for me about this strategy please? I worked out what to do, and I tried it on demo. I mixed up the direction of the pairs to get swap (I'm not asking about that), but I did open a hedged trade:
Buy 1.0 EURJPY
Sell 1.0 EURSEK
Sell 1.0 SEKJPY

My question is on the drawdown. When I opened the trades manually, the drawdown was around -$120 which is approx what I it is now, however over the last few days the drawdown blew out to around -$1200. Is that normal with this type of trade? Is this the potential drawdown you were talking about in your message to Steve? Or is it the fact that I executed this on demo?

Nope you can't just trade equal lots, you have to balance out the trades.
Google "triangular arbitrage" or "triangular hedge" for more information.
