concerning AlbatorXIII, it's a portfolio of several personal (8) and commercial Ea (2), all of them perfoms very very well this month, the objectif is to have a regular 5% a month with a max 10%dd

wow..great results!

honestly from ard 7th jan till now, the markets have been real tough cos the trends that happen dont last for long enough unlike the period from last dec to early jan this year. i ran multiple demos of the multipair swing trader from dec18th - jan 8, diffrent settings but all of them made a ton of pips cos the trends were strong. but from 8th jan til now, it has been hit pretty hard, lots of whipsaws.

would u please share your set file sstef ?
i was thinking we can run both the multipair swing together with the multistoch since the multistoch does well even when the multipair swing struggles, whilst during strong trends, multipair swing cleans up nicely.

i looked at your myfxbook results n noticed that u were using the adaptive tp sl defaults of 50/35 ... surprised that they worked so well. were u also using profit lock default values?

really impressive results. i noticed there were no trades for a couple of days when the trend was mixed for many pairs thereby avoiding the whipsaws.

OK, 2 things:

First: I'm an idiot. An I-D-I-O-T!! I usually have several Empty4 opened, some for demo accounts, one for real stuff. Doing several things at once, I messed up and put this on a real account. Result: I was having a pretty good day, with +100€ pocked but some -400€ in drawdown. I knew why and they were controlled. As sson as I dropped this EA there, it started to close every single trade, and I ended up with -300€ of loss. For real. I am an IDIOT, again! IDIOTA!

Second: So, this had a severe problem. Checking in, it seems that the code that esured the EA owned the trades, right after this:
//Ensure the EA 'owns' this trade

was commented.

Just to warn someone as idiot as me. Probably noone else will fall for it, but still...

I feel sorry! A good use is to desactive the button " Expert Enable " before any manip. to have time to estimate her own stupid things:)

It happened to me too, and since then I apply a simple protection: a different chart background colour for demo and live accounts. It is no guarantee, but it helps!

I know you have moved on a little from this EA, but is it possible to get the TP and SL line painted on the chart...I'm currently testing the EA using a variety of time frames and adjusting the ADR "TP_SLtimeframe" variable...It would help if the SL and TP that are calculated as part of the SL/TP Option "UseADR" function were painter on the Chart....

I understand that as this is a Multi pair EA, so this could be difficult... The alternative would be to have the trades that are in flight listed on the sames chart as the EA with the SL/TP's....Actually thinking about it, there must be a way, as i understand Steve MPTM can paint TP and SL lines on charts...so either would be good....

obviously, this would need to take into consideration the different trade management options you have provided the ea....

i must say i really do like it so far....
