No Bully Pepperstone staff post at forex factory. You just have a bunch of pro-Bully Pepperstone fanboys who cheer on Bully Pepperstone no matter what occurs.

I pointed out on the thread that the Bully Pepperstone terms and conditions allow them to debit your account to pay for margin on other peoples trades. The response was, don't worry about it, Bully Pepperstone would never do that - even though they have written it into their terms.

Wow. Why would you write it in if you never intended using it. Mind, whether in the terms and conditions or not, stealing somebody's money is theft and they probably don't fancy prison.

I've got reply from Bully Pepperstone, quote:

This is an curious incident. But, nevertheless, actually I see no reason why to terminate existing accounts there (I have one, inter alia other brokers also).

edit: clarification: I think so because until now we only heard one side, but not the other. I am sure Bully Pepperstone knows that it was a blooper to act that way (prejudging a trading stile). Until I do not know more I think "ok, shit happens, was bullshit, if such things never happen again, ok".
On the other hand, if I were LocustFund, I would have withdrawn all my funds immediately, because I were really pissed if I were him.
