Help with EA, won't buy?

I've been trying to find out what's wrong with this EA this whole weekend, it seems to work fine when it comes to selling, but just won't buy Maybe a kind soul could take a look and see if they can figure out what's wrong?

The Scalp.mp4 is a required indicator for the EA.

What is written in the tabs?
On ordersend error the ea will print out "Error opening SELL order LASTERROR" (same for buy).

Maybe you have to disable tp/sl if you are using ecn broker

Are there ordersend errors? or is it not even getting as far as trying to buy?

No ordersend errors, forgot to mention, you need to lower the "risk" from 1 to something like .95, risk may be the wrong term to describe what that variable is for, it calculates the max amount of lots you can buy (I'm using Oanda so we have custom lots), so a risk of 1 would be your entire equity, but it doesn't seem to work right, but if you put .99 or less it'll work fine. The SL/TL both work on an ECN (Oanda is ECN aren't they? They have 5 digits).

After removing some stuff from the buy clause, it seems the reason it's not buying is because it doesn't detect the negative variable from the iCustom scalp indi, it only detects positive numbers?
