Simple trade manager EA

Hi everyone,

I wonder if someone on this wonderful forum can help me find a trade manager that would help with multiple TP trades.
I am looking for a simple trade manager where you set a pending order with entry, SL, TP1, TP2 and TP3 and will manage the trade like so:

• - if TP1 reached = close 50% of position and moves SL to entry
  - if TP2 reached = close 25% of position and moves SL to TP2
  - if TP3 reached = close position
  - if SL reached = close position

I like to set my trades manually but i do not have the time to manage them and i think a nice little EA like this would help me out of a lot of hustle.
Everything i found so far is kinda complicated.
