Hi all. Since Jan 13th, when I started my demo with cuz-settings, I have only winning trades, my Equity is right now 17074 CHF starting with 16290 CHF... real nice.
There are not that many winning EAs around, so I wonder why the father of this bot nor any gifted coder is looking into this code and finds a reason for this weard behaviour. Or do all agree, there is no answer to this question.
Thingy is, the bot as coded gives to some and takes from others.
For a while, it gave profits on my demo account. Recently, it has taken those profits back and then some. At least this time one of my bots had the decency to start losing before I put it on my live account. Makes a change,I can tell you.
So, it looks as though:
I have seriously mis-coded the original EA.
The mis-coded EA works for some people sometimes, then not for others other times.
I suggest you abandon it guys. I have. Gary has shown no interest in it, so there is no reason for the rest of us to show any interest either.
Shall I lock this thread and declare it dead?

As per my earlier post, i would really like to see the EA take trades as per Gary's original concept....I'm more than happy to test the EA, however the the EA would need to be modified as per Gary's original rule set....
Is there any chance of you revisiting the EA to see if it can be corrected...?

Agree with Wiggy - would be great to see this coded properly as per Garys original strategy. However, TG buy only version working for me too - demo nicely up .....
The reason why it does not sell could be because the expert cannot find the SuperTrend (1).ex4 indicator. I rename my SuperTrend.ex4 to SuperTrend (1).ex4 and it start picking up sell trade.

Have a look at the earlier posts, i think we all have it trading, however there appear to be some issues in the EA, that makes it trade in the wrong direction to what the original rules suggest...
Or do all agree, there is no answer to this question.
