Remember the EA that could set three trades from one EA. Can you make it do pending orders. In other words if I set it at sell it will set the next 3 lines of pivots S/R MS/MR with pending orders. Or buys it would do that for buys too. That would be cool.

Frank I am getting some kind of Monday squeeze on the daily pivots. Probably using the Sunday candles to set the pivot and stuff. Can you correct this?

My correction to 10.4 DailyPivots didn't cause or correct the Monday 'squeeze.' I'll check into it further!

Also, I wasn't able to locate that EA that you had mentioned. Could you give me an idea of the name? Better yet, could you send me a copy of the EA?!

In the spirit of, "Let's give this a whirl and see" and, "Buy the dips", the yellow vertical line shows the candle where I took the trade:

Nothing any more scientific - no pivots etc. This is a demo trade so I am going to let it run until I close it accidentally. Live, and the visual tp point is pretty obvious:

Given that The Japanese want their currency to weaken, I look forward to seeing how the more sophisticated thingy with pivots etc will catch the break our from the range.

Steve get your clothes back on this is a clean forum. Trading naked again I see.

All over this forum, people are upchucking and demanding a stiff brandy.

Heathrow, maybe someday, going HK to San Fran about a 11 hours flight. What is funny about these trips is I will leave Sat. night around 2300 hours and arrive Sat. night at 1900 hours. I gain hours of life back.

The Monday 'squeeze' is the result of using the Friday Candle to calculate Daily Pivots for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. If somebody's broker supplies Saturday or Sunday Candle, the Daily Pivots will still use the Friday Candle to calculate the new pivots. The 10.4 DailyPivot indi is working appropriately (as it was told to). Do you have any idea of how you would want to change this?

Regards to the EA you mentioned earlier? My IPS actually confiscated a .zip file from the e-mail that you had sent. There is no need to repackage it! I'll deal with my IPS.

Bob, I read the 10.4 document and it is all clear for me.
Liked the personal bla bla section about your 3 mercedes etc

It is build up consistently. Charts are clear and visualize all the info.

I wonder if the range-trading part has to be in it. Like you mentioned earlier, there are always some pairs trending. So money can always be made. And if not, well than no trade it is and we survive to trade another day.

I decided that there is no way I am going to get the range trading section done before I go to the USA. In fact it may not even be necessary since other pairs will be trending when some are ranging.

Maybe that's the biggest lesson from this 10.x sequence; no trend -> no trade.
