10.4 A Complete System

This is where I will discuss my 10.4 system. I hope to post here my daily thoughts, answer questons. It has been a long journey but I suspect this should be my last major project. I have finally solved all the problems I know you will face in Forex Trading. This is about as complete of a system as I think you can get.

I cannot thank all the people who have had a major part in creating this system. I have a special thanks to Stever for his EAs and MPTM, Baluda and Frank Muir for their work on the indicators, CMeade who patiently taught me the value of the RSI 2 which ended up being a key piece in the system. There were dozens of people who wrote back with their suggestions on improving the paper. There are literally hundreds of others who over the years played their part in bringing this in all together. I have spent 4 days straight putting together over 40 pages of material. Then in May 2013 I spent 3 days preparing the update. I do not wish to do anymore for a while. I wish all of you good luck in your trading because I just compiled a lot of great ideas into a system. So here is my crowning achievement. This is putting it all together, everything I know but I have learned form all of you. It was given to me for free so I can only give it back for free.

I have put everything into two PDF booklets. The original 10.4 posted Feb. 12 and now the update May 19. I wish you best.

I highly recommend CaptainJack's thread and watching price action trading. You will learn a lot about Forex and price action from him.

10.4B is the original PDF document and should be read first. 10.4 CSS info page PDF booklet assumes you read the original document. 10.4/10.5 update is the most recent update and contains important information and the most updated indicators, scripts, profiles, EAs etc. This replaces all the test versions found from page 1 to page 458 and the original 10.4 FINAL indies, scripts, profiles, EAs, etc. Some people like the older versions so i keep it posted but I will use the most recent update 5.19.13 for all my trading. A NON CSS TEST VERSION CALLED 10.6 IS POSTED ON PAGE 663 FOR THOSE WHO HAVE COMPUTERS THAT CANT HANDLE THE LOAD OF THE CSS INDICATORS. IT IS ALSO DESIGNED TO WORK IN CHOPPY MARKETS BETTER.

Here is a set up trade. Price is right on the line and and the signal to buy is given with RSI 2 bottomed out. I set two pending trades. One above the pivot and on above the mid pivot. TP is WR1. It is in a possible cross position so i will remove the trade if price goes below the 240 line (white line)

When you move on from one system to the next, do you just stop trading the previous system? I mean, following the evolution of the 5.x systems and now the 10.x systems, I can see that clearly one system builds upon the previous. I am assuming that since they are collectively building on the strengths, and throwing out the weaknesses, that naturally you just stop with the older ones and move into the new one. Is that how it is, or do you still find yourself looking at the occasional 5.x or 10.x chart that you look at?

Some quick questions;

- The [mid]pivots for S/R 2, 3 etc are missing in the template, is this on purpose?

- When opening a 2nd order, say 100 pips above the other do you set the SL for BOTH midway, meaning 50 pip above the 1st- and 50 pip below the 2nd order to get to a BE situation?

I may use anything from past systems if I think they will fit. Often they are the EAs which may fit a certain situation. For example i will use the old BB band from the 5.0 system if there is a big news story on Friday. Price shoot up/down and then the Euro session will close and price will drift back before market closes. I will put the EA on the 5M or 15M chart and play the retrace. So if the situation fits yes. However. I have had a real good two days so far with this.
