Here is the version that will show any timeframe. I like an overview. Unfortunately had to touch the underlying indi as well. x offset of 375 lines up the second dashboard nicely.

You'll need both indi's. Thanks padnoter. This is very close to what I wanted to see at a glance.

This is great, thanks to all involved. If adding the 1HR dashboard the 240MA should be changed to 960MA (240 X 4) to keep it as described in 10.4. Don't you guys agree??

I have no connection on all my demo accounts. I'm in the USA (east coast). Hope it will resume by Sunday evening.

Does anyone know what happened with Cowboy IBFX. My screen freezes up, a newly installed Empty4 doesnot work and their website is not accessible. Anyone else having this problem. It is not China because I am in the USA now.

I have the 960 on my 1Hr charts:) I try to keep charts on this thread to 4Hr, but sometimes on exits the 1Hr shows better clarity and you'll see it. The code is posted so if you want a 960 there, so be it.... I want the 1Hr 240 on the dashboard so that I can see when the 1H is in line with 4H. Many times we get a couple 1H swings before the 4H turns. My hands on nature would rather place my longer term trade when 4H is weakened significantly and 1H is trending in my desired direction. So rather than just slam in "system" pendings, I want to be patient and minimize risk and drawdown.

I noticed that if you display the dashboard in corner 1 (top right) and then in corner 4 (top left), the values for RSI an MA240 are mirrored and end up under the wrong header.

Yep. The header is uber simple and hardcoded. Wrapping is one column only. It does a poor job of refreshing if you change parameters. I can live with it and it saved me time. The aesthetic types can do more.

Padnoter was kind enough to share source on something I was waiting for. Since dashboards tend to be set and forget, I haven't bothered messing with it. Set it once saved the template... moved on. Btw, it should take someone 10 minutes to add alerts to this. Cut and paste from Hanover's DIY alert kit (google it). I want something more flexible, so don't want to.

I have the more complex, in house version coded into MultiBob, but that has another 1000 lines of code to go, this is useful now.

I set up a new Empty4 and accepted the update and it worked fine. Seems to be a matter of luck which way works. Cowboy IBFX fannying around as usual. I should have my GP account funded by the end of the week, then all these problems will be behind me. I really feel for you US citizens.

In your quote above, you refer to the 120 on the dashboard, not sure what you mean?

Just a typo, davek. Meant the 1HR 240MA i.e (stock). I am a pretty hardcore MTF guy. Watch for the large TF entries, fine tune them with lower TF. This is a simple effective framework no matter what you watch.

Still getting used to the pending order stuff. But I am hoping I'll be able to sleep semi-normally at some point. I am looking to sit on my hands more . Letting half ride I'm pretty good at. But I love that profit at the start of the move.
