10.4 A Complete System

If I make a mistake and enter too early the problem resolves itself usually within a couple of days to at least BE. If not I know to bail at the 240 line. I am starting to get my trade average back up to 75-80% overall again but now I have little to no DD.

That is my experience as well. I enter agressively [see picture], but seldom get over 5% DD. Mostly it's about 1-3% floating DD.

I enter every pair that fullfills one of the 4 rules beside the 240MA;
- WP cross
- AO colour change
- RSI flat
- AO other side of '0'

So glad you are using this approach Gertje. My gut tells me that the edge is significant enough to be far more aggressive taking these than I am. It will be a while before my brain lets me risk the funds.

Just wanted to remind you of your awesome 5 shift 1 LWMA for entries. Using it for entries works a charm with 10.4 rules. Ends up about the same as using pivots for entries but pop it on your charts again, you know you loved it once before

My screwup. Now that I remember, the fact that it uses the open is important because it means the MA doesn't jump around as the price changes on the bar/

Once you have a solid trading base to work from everything jumps out at you. Trendlines and candle patterns seem to scream at me from off the page. It is Amazing howwith RSI2/Sto5 show potential trade setup that all the other things we learned in Forex make a confluence of events. This seems to really make other indis or trading styles seem clearer.

As they might say on more leet forums. QFT.

Just the tiniest of additions to my trading style. But what simple clarity. I'm not much of an indicator fan, but this one I like. Can take or leave AO, it is a little laggy and simplistic (as intended). I am scalping this thing, counter trading, confirming band trades, combining it with SD, price action, and patterns. Simple and elegant. You know the move is coming... just pick your trigger and confluence.

Don't give up on this one too easily guys.
