EurCad looking like a good short

If i entered this trade it would be below the three previous lows at about .3318...this would give me confirmation of price going lower and approximately 60 pips to TP....Drawback 125 pips to stop loss...

Just to keep you all posted on developments I'm up 4% this week currently but trading this system on the Daily charts. I have substituted the H4 240 for the Daily 50 ema which gives me a rough 3.5 Monthly MA. I chose this as I know the 50ema is very important and very well used.

I'm using the system as per all the other H4 rules - it's just that I don't have time or the inclination to keep checking the H4 charts - life is for living and trading should be about making life easy to live - not living to trade.

I've had issues for years trying to counter trend trade all the time but thanks to Bob and his well thought out analysis and methods I now have a system I can believe in because it keeps me on the right side of the trend - and the pivots and RSI stop me from entering at the wrong time too.

Thanks Bob - I will keep you appraised of the daily results...

Interesting - are you still using the Weekly Pivots or Monthly Pivots?

I have CadJap open, which is supposed to be A grade setup, now 40+ pips DD.

Which direction are you trading CADJPY, i cannot see how you would be 40 pips down, could you post you chart...?

AudUsd looks like it is finally giving it up. If you didn't get in at the WR1 might get in now.

By the way, it seems that Steve needs a bigger pipe. Sometimes this web site totally hangs up for quite a while.

This was the set up posted by Bob on Monday. DD has narrowed a lot within the last 30 minutes to about 15 pips I liked this set up as it separates from the other setups because the AO was in the wrong side. Sell trade.

This chart is two to three days old....

There is nothing wrong with the trade, you need to give it time....

I appears all the JPY crosses are slow at the moment and it may be due to the issues around the Japanese central bank and the new head.....Have a look at your chart, and the other JPY pairs for that matter, this is very unusual, this pair has only ranged 60 pips in 3 days....last week the range was 290 pips, so it is very odd....

Edit Two minutes later - Dont worry about AO for entries...!

CADJPY has been teasing shorts at the pivot at least 6 times. I thought the patient folks might get their break this morning. Crazy small range on dead JPY pairs this week. Really no big moves yet, only a few swings to play. Aud move was nice. GBP has swung twice. Blech.

Gertje just keeps racking up pendings. He is my 10.4 Hero. Last USD spike hit in his direction I think?

Grimweasel your post sound very familiar, could be me posting this , as old noise trader I'm happy with the 4h but scaling up to the daily is maybe the next level to go.

I understand.. you guys are probably watching like 30 pairs .. i was only setup on about 8 pending .. finally GBPUSD kicked in.. + 17 pips right now..hopefully it will tag my TP. At this point i could have been in about a dozen trades + 200 pips easy..so far i've got 1 trade in 3 days for 17 pips..
