One thing I noticed the last 3 weeks after I started trading 10.4 is that in the beginning of the week the price tends to move slow, open pendings and retrieving meanwhile causing some DD. Mid-week there's some spike opening more pendings and hitting the occasional TP meanwhile causing some floating profit [updraft], and on thursday and/ or friday there's no limit anymore. Price will go all the way and back if necessary.

Last night I booked some profits, this morning [Europe] I woke up with a healthy 5% floating profit, of which closed some already during the day, and am now seeing 1-2% floating profit.

Curious what NY-open will cause, and prepare the pendings for the last 30 hour trading this week.

Only if price moves way above, so I can enter a pending to fill on the way down.

I have been to 'triggerhappy' in the past, and was affraid to miss the entry so made a market- or limit order to make sure I was part of the move. Several times the price kept running against me, or went nowhere.

So you would not have taken the trade at the first hit of the WP. As you say, you are looking for it on the way down. Right?
