- open trades at every [mid]pivot level in line with 10.4
- do this every week
- make the former week's WP the SL level [or the 240ma]

After 2-3 weeks, the first weeks trades are free, etc.
You end up with a bunch of open orders that MIGHT stay open for the better part of a year and add up quite a bit in the end. Open margin is covered by the floating profit, swap could be a party-pooper.

One could also open seperate trades at every level, 1 [small] trade to hold and the 2nd to play the 10.4 game with TP's and re-openings.

Any pro/ cons?

What about Steve's Caterpillar function ? Could be adapted for this.
I don't know the Caterpillar, can you post an thread where to look for it?
I found it here while looking for explaination of something else in Steve's Shell code v-

It is candle by candle but could be adapted by Steve (maybe) to go level by level?

I like this counter trend, to me it provides a lot of opportunities.
Am trying to develop a dash for counter trades.

There was a nice CT trade on EURAUD back to the WS line, as the PA was some 330 pips away from the 240 line.

This pair always feels more comfortable inside the orange/ green WP 'box'.

A classic 'elastic band' trade.

Taking a cheeky long on EURAUD off the 1H.

That gap more so, gets filled.

TP... 1.2494

Interesting. Looks like a pretty safe trade. I'm looking for London to make something happen before I go too nuts. Floggin stock 10.4 just to see what the drawdown looks like hitting everything that moves. Hoping to hit a few more counter 10.4 setups this week. Been enjoying my time with more naked styles. But it seems to go remarkably well with the RSI(2) at my back... so still glancing at these templates.

Not so safe, so out... for the time being.

Will wait for AUD to weaken abit.

So i'm long AUDUSD... up a few pips only. When this finishes.. then EURAUD will fill its gap.

Well... that's the plan... lol

I'm long on a CT trade for EURAUD back to almost the 50% fib retracement line at 1.2399.

The chart shows how i identify CT trading zones with the grey shading. Anything outside this zone (A), attracts my absolute interest and i would be looking for a bigger retracement.

The one i'm taking now is a point 'B' and you can see that it did not break the grey zone, but still has moved over 300 pips(C) from the 240 line.

I'm only going for around 30 pips on this occasion.

cheers... Roscoe

Have pending CT short set on NZDUSD.

Anything outside the grey shaded areas on any pair has my complete interest.

Cool Roscoe. Had a pretty good start to the week, so been catching up on a little shuteye.

Your shaded areas are a neat idea.

Took profits on shorts on EURAUD and EURCAD, so now have CTs on both, as they are both outside the R1-S1 comfort zone box (grey shaded area).

Expecting to scalp 40-50 pips per pair.

Then will look for entering sells on the both, for the continuation journey.

cheers... Roscoe
