The Incredible 10.4 - For Dummies

Hello,
i have been following the 10.4 threads with fascination.
Earlier today on the main forum Bob posted a screen shot of his eurcad chart. Comparing his to mine there is a big difference re pivot level and S/R levels. I'm aware that different broker feeds and time settings will yield different results bot it seems my levels are almost askew by a whole level ie Bob's pivot is around where my WS1 is. I have re-loaded all the indicators from page 1 from scratch to see if there was some file corruption. Seems to be this week.
My broker is Axitrader in Oz.
Have I done something fundamentally wrong?

Don't know what the answer is other than trade what you see. If Bob hadn't posted his chart we would have been none the wiser. So we can still trade from level to level.

The difference is with the broker. If à sundaycandle opens after à gap, the pivots are calculated with the gap IN the calculations so the gap belongs to last weeks data.

When no sundaycandle, the gap belongs to new week data.

Also look at the candle's, they are all different. Bob's candles have huge wicks, yours are somewhat full-body.

Hi Everyone,
I've already opened a live account with Oanda but I find the H1 Charts are difference between with Cowboy IBFX demo. Cowboy IBFX may be GMT+0 and Oanda maybe GMT-4. DP and DMP are different in 2 charts. How can I fix this problems? I prefer to follow Bob's method and chart.

Regarding Templates.

I am constantly switching back and forth between Templates. Currently I go to Charts>Template>select.

Is there a faster way? Between 10.4, 10.5, Naked trading and now Heinkin Ashi, I seem spend all my time clicking.

There must be a better way. Shortcuts of some sort?

Any other ways to do it?

Did you try setting up a Profile for each style?
