The above pic is a gbp/usd and the white line is a very strong S/R in the past.

I placed my trades at WM, WP and DP. Take profit based on how much it moves during the euro session. If the move is muted then I will look to see to see if any of the other GBP sells from yesterday are bouncing off of daily pivot or have gone above daily pivot on the 1H chart. I will then look to sell on the break of DP because the DT will continue. Anyway here is the gbp/chf pic.

I decided to take my buy here at WS1. A Captain Jack trade I think. Low risk dont need a big SL here.

Did you set a pending at WS1 or did you already enter the trade? I was thinking of putting a penidng buy at WMS1 and see how it would run.

eur/gbp and gbp/chf I have entered trades at those big S areas, gbp/usd I want some movement above the line.

Muddy day for me....I really don't like the setups for having strong moves. Seems that the market is waiting for something... :)

yea i think if anything. the base idea of taking trades from the weekly pivots n mid pivots is already a great filter. :)

The expected news story of course is JPY. The govt. is suppose to give us a blueprint of its future economic plan. That being depreciate the JPY like crazy. They want to do what they did back from 1995 to almost 1998 and that is to devalue the YEN. The markets picked that up in the election and it continues today. It doesnt mean it does this in a straight line but the overall trend for the next several years is for the JPY to go down. Expect some nice volatility tomorrow, I am expecting JPY jumps but if the program seems trimmed down or ineffective then it could become bullish but I highly doubt it. I will set up my JPY pending sells before the jpy open and go from there. Hopefully we will have another several month run with JPY pairs. Here is the USD/JPY chart showing what they want to do and where it had been done before.
