Watch the UseForexKiwi inputs, which are set to allow me to trade all the JPY pairs on my underfunded and overtraded GP account.
I would think that changing the oversold inputs to 30 would make it more sensitive to catch more trades but instead it misses the initial push and then catches the retacement later
Left is a setting of 20 and right is a setting of 30, is there no way to catch both of these entries?

The only way to do this is to run 2 instances of the EA, setting up the different ob/os for each one. I'd also suggest to use a different magic number for each of them.
