Had a fantastic week, next week will be trying to adapt CJ trading to a H4 or D1 trading pattern so that i do not need to spend so much time on the charts.

I believe it should be possible though it could be the case that my DD will be quite high.

Just wondering if anyone is trading off the higher TF charts rather than the 15m and 1H. I remember someone mentioning that H4 is biased thats why its better to trade off 1H, would it be the case for D1 as well?

I am trading rrt's and pin bars on the H4 and breaking even.

I am finding rrt's really helpful in getting into 10.4 trades.

This works well with Bob's system, giving early entry as well as well defined TP signals.

The fox uses the same things over and over...with a few variations...that's why we need to look for the same repeatable patterns that they throw at us. They use the same thing over and over because it works, over and over. It's all the same and it's on all time frames.

Have an open position for audchf as well as pending at lowest low and lvl 1.

For those selling jpy, beware price exhaustion. Thinking back, it kinds of make sense what is happening with jpy, fundamentals, cj trading and nb.

Will add in more later on, traveling to work soon.

You might think I.m trying to predict the future, but in these of jpy, everyone already knows it will reach 100 against usd. It's just that from the past few months record, it's quite clear what is happening. After 100 is anyone's guess. But for now, it's clear as day

On a side note, anyone else knows a 1:500 ECN broker? Today fxprimus just did a very bad thing to me. As I usually trade off my iPad rather than pc, I.m getting crashes all the time when accessing Empty4, which it never did. Lol so this is what happens when you increase your account by 50% in a few days.

You might want to give TradersWay a look. If you go ECN be prepared for large spread swings....don't leave trades open over the weekend and if you are in margin trouble, close them by the close of NY session.

Never used them...but I think I would prefer regular candles to range bars...

Benefits of Range Bars

a small list of benefits and uses:

-IMHO are more legitim, as I think to plot price in a time axis, can be a Fox trick to hide his real tracks

-Time is not important ,they are created with price moves, when a range is exeeded (for example 5 pips) another bar is created .

-Can have different sizes : 1 pip - 3 pips, 100 pips ...

-You can know how price moved inside a bar

-If price didn´t move much , less Range bars are drown, less noise at the end.

-No repaint

-No laging

The "W" and "M" as marked on the chart offer little gain and don't get you into the larger price moves. Maybe I'm missing something, if so, let me know.

Steve is going to set up a place where you can post all of these that you like, but for the main thread, we shall stick to regular candles.

Hi CJ, here is the 15min AUDCAD with M forming into the London today. The one part I'm struggling with is entry. I can spot the patterns just looking for optimal entry. I know you mentioned before about getting in at the top, my fear is price may still continue upwards, so would you enter short at this point or look for other confirmations? (Not the best example, but assuming we've had a previous push down.)

Sure , just wanting to colaborate in a small way, to correspond to all knowledge given here ,
It still hard for me to see clearly, what you can see, but I will practise , practise and practise, on normal charts of course otherwise it can get worse.
