Spread History Indicator

Does anyone know of a 'spread history indicator'?

I found the attached one (black chart & indi file) on FF but I'm no use at coding. I was thinking there'd be some use for one that showed a high/low spread line for a given timeframe, say 15 min bar (eg white chart attached).

I'd be very grateful if there was anyone who could post an indi like this here or tell me where I could get hold of one. Otherwise if there is anyone who'd be able to simply develop one that would be great.
