I am long the EURJPY, but I have three other short EUR trades that I got taken into just as they reversed against me. I know some of these were above the 240 but I think alot of us felt that it was a false rally. Guess this may turn into one of those hard lessons learned. Looks like we got FOMC meeting minutes tomorrow and it seems like the market is always choppy right before FOMC

I m new to your thread and of course did not have time to read the almost 400 pages of this thread not talking about the 5.x and so on.

I am still struggling to understand all of it but i saw that despite i downloaded all indis and templates from the first page my charts do not looks like yours,
(see my eurjpy a bit later than yours)

Did i meet any updates hidden in these 400 pages

Hi Bob, thank you for teaching us your wonderful system ! Would you kind enough to share with us : how do you set SL for these yen trades ? You have mentioned if the SL for these yen pairs are hit, the loss is small, just wonder how far away are your stops from the entry price.

I am not using SL with the JPY those are other trades I dont like. There is no reason to use a SL with JPY it is going down for months or even years to come. That doesnt mean there wont be retraces etc. but you could literally trade that thing for a long time and never use a SL

Yep, I'm short EURAUD, EURNZD, EURGBP, EURCHF and I have EURCAD & EURUSD in pending. not looking very healthy right now. Around 100 pip down. The question is whether to cut them or let them play out. This is where I come short.

This script made my day! Just put a wider stoploss (500), drag it near the price line (up or down) and let it run (as a buy) in all jpy crosses. (test it in demo before)

zentauro, I've got this in play to set pendings but if i just leave it be and come back a while later its cancelled a couple of the pendings. Why / how does it do this?

Yup me too. I have stops either at the 240 or just above the highs. Going to hang on to them and see what happens.
