Today when i load latest version 2.1a Empty4 keep crashing and close.specally when i change time frame

I seen lots of this crashing too when i was trying to setup multiple tests demos. Two different brokers was crashing like what you've described. Yes i downloaded the latest dlls and took the extra step of searching and deleting any i had before to insure i had the latest from the links. I ended up just sticking with 2 demo tests for now since i just wanted at least 1 that was working. So far the 2 i have running are still working.

Fistful i am big fan for yours EA .
Yes as posted in page 1 , My broker FXDD ,Meta update 482 ,Windows server 2008.
When i used v2 it was ok but now after i copy the new files and DLL its keep crash even if return using V2.
Any ideas?

The dll file is different from v2,00, you can remove the latest dll and replace it with the old ones, then run v2.00, sorry I'm not able to help.

You'll have to play around abit.

I agree. Ive been unable to get the latest EA working and tried on three different crims.... so maybe lets just have a simplified version without all the bells and whistles.

Running on default settings except lowering the riskpercent =1 and reduceRiskPercent=0.5 on a live account on HotForex..

Edit: But also on all default settings the same error


Divide by 0 error.. (removed it from the charts for now)

Andy, just wondering if there's a reason why CreateGrid() is called in the refreshGrid() function. Unless I'm misunderstanding, it looks like it'd recreate the entire grid every time its called. I'm seeing the MT4s running the latest EA regularly maxing CPU, hence went looking for the cause. The old time-delay-between-refreshes is gone too.

I agree. Noticed last night that there's something wrong and the EA is consuming lots of cpu power again. Just was too late to analyze and post ... had to sleep ...

I think that some braces are missing.
